A nourishing blend of cabbage, dandelion greens, turmeric, black pepper and Sichuan pepper with floral and citrus flavor notes.
Our cabbage is sourced from organic Hudson Valley farms. We use organic dandelion greens and fair trade black pepper and turmeric are sourced by Diaspora Co. We use Celtic Sea Salt by Selina Naturally in all of our vegetable ferments.
