Our signature sourdough is built on an oat porridge base, milled einkorn, and a wild starter that's been earning its keep. This boule is soft and fluffy on the inside with a crunchy golden exterior crust. Every slice is slightly tangy and deeply satisfying. Made with locally sourced ingredients and in small batches for pickup in Warwick.
