Our flagship fermented carrots are packed with ginger, turmeric, black pepper, and gochu pepper. This nourishing anti-inflammatory ferment pairs best with warm and spicy foods that resonate with cuisines of Southeast Asia.

Carrots are organic and sourced from Sun Sprout Farm in Chester, NY. Zesty carrots is also made with organic Peruvian ginger and fair trade turmeric sourced by Diaspora Co. We use Celtic Sea Salt by Selina Naturally in all of our vegetable ferments.
